Return Policy

We are here to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase! Below are the terms and conditions for returning and exchanging our products, in accordance with consumer protection laws in Israel.


Eligibility for return or exchange

✔ Products not on sale – can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the product.

✔ Products purchased on sale (up to 30% discount) – can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of receiving the product.

✔ Products purchased on sale with a discount of 30% or more – a transaction cannot be canceled, but the product can be exchanged subject to the return conditions.

✔ Conditions for return – the product must be in its original packaging, unused and without defects.


Return Cost

Products that are damaged or not as described – free return.

Returns for any other reason – shipping cost of 35 NIS, which will be deducted from the cash credit.


Non-Returnable Products

Jewelry that has been custom-made or adapted to special requirements (such as engraving).

Jewelry from 14K Gold and Diamonds collections.

Jewelry priced over 3,000 NIS.



Return or Exchange Procedure


  1. Contact Customer Service:

Send a request for a return or exchange to: hello@zeir.co.il and specify:

  • Order number.

  • Reason for return.

  • Preference for exchange or credit.


  1. Pickup arrangement:

We will arrange pickup for you with a courier:

  • Free of charge if the product is damaged or does not match the description.

  • For a fee of 35 NIS in other cases.


  1. Product inspection:

Upon arrival of the product at the company's offices, we will inspect it to ensure that it has not been used and that there is no damage that does not meet the conditions.


  1. Refund or exchange:

If the product is in good condition, you will receive a refund within 14 business days via the payment method you used.

If you requested a replacement, the new product will be sent to you as soon as possible.


* Please note

If the product is found to have been used improperly or damaged other than as a result of faulty manufacturing, no refund or credit will be possible.


A credit will appear in your account up to 6 weeks from the date of approval, in accordance with the credit card company's terms.
