Terms

1. General
The site is operated by "Tiny Beam Ltd.", ID 517015491 (hereinafter: "the Company").
Use of the site constitutes acceptance of all its terms without reservation.
The company reserves the right to update the regulations from time to time without prior notice.
Product prices include VAT and product images are for illustration purposes only.
Use of the site is limited to private purposes only.

2. Legal capacity
Use of the site is permitted from the age of 18 and over only.
Any action on the site constitutes confirmation that you have read and agreed to the regulations.

3. Jurisdiction
The applicable law is the law of the State of Israel only.
The exclusive jurisdiction lies with the Tel Aviv District Court.

4. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks and copyrights on the site are the property of the company.
It is prohibited to copy, reproduce or make use of these rights without written permission from the company.

5. Warranty
The company provides a one-year warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only, subject to inspection and conditions of use.
Damage resulting from unreasonable use, accidents, scratches or exposure to chemical substances is not covered by the warranty.
Paid repairs are available for two years from the date of purchase, subject to the company's decision.

6. Information security and privacy
The company is committed to maintaining the privacy of its customers and using information only for internal purposes.
Credit card details are protected and are not stored in the company's databases.
The company is not responsible in cases of illegal hacking of information systems.

7. Exchanges, returns and cancellations
Products can be exchanged or returned within 14 days (7 days for products purchased on sale) in their original packaging.
Products purchased on sale with a discount of 30% or more cannot be canceled, but can only be exchanged.
A refund will be made in accordance with the law and will only be given for unused products.
Return or exchange will be made at a cost of 35 shekels, if the request is received within 14 days of the delivery date.

8. Shipping Policy
Free shipping within 1–5 business days to your home or to a collection point.
Orders to remote areas may be delayed.
Responsibility for entering correct shipping details applies to the customer.
Upon receipt of the order, a confirmation email will be sent, including tracking information.

9. Promotions and discounts
No double promotions.
Refunds for products on sale will be made according to the purchase price during the sale.
Items given as gifts cannot be exchanged.
